America and Japan
This week, I would like to write about problem between America and Japan. America and Japan look like very friendly. American like Japanese culture, such as, Sadou, Kendou, or an idol group like AKB48. Japanese like American culture too. For example music. Japanese like Lady GaGa (a singer who is active in America) very much. In Japan, American modern music is popular now. Japanese ambassador, Ms. Kennedy (daughter of the former president, Mr. Kennedy) likes AKB48 very much. When she met to former Tokyo governor, Mr. Inose, she was perfomance AKB48 dance to him.
It looks like both countries are very friendly, but there are some problem behind both countries.

Problem①～FUTENMA BASE～
Futenma is a place in Okinawa. The sea is very beautiful, and every summer, people from other place come to play. But recently, tourist feel a crisis, because American military base in there. The place call "Futenma Base". Why it was established in Futenma? In 1945, Japan lose at World War 2, and had rule from America. After few years, America take over Okinawa from Japan, and it was American colony in 1947～1972. America made a lot of base on there. In 1972, America returned Okinawa to Japan, but America still have right to rule Japan. So, America still have base on Futenma now. But in 2004, there was accident. American air force's air plane crashed into university in Okinawa. From that time, people in Okinawa have opposite to Futenma base. People hope that this base move to other prefecture or other country. In 2010, the then prime minister, Hatoyama said he will move base to other place, but he can't. The prefectural governor, Nakaima criticized Hatoyama and said, he didn't have power. The next prime minister was Kan. He said I will move base to Henoko. Henoko is in Okinawa too. But there are safer than Futenma. Although, people still have opposite to American air force. In 2013, freedom democracy party won the election, and Abe became to prime minister. Abe talked many time to Nakaima that he will move base to Henoko, and Nakaima approved this Abe's opinion. People in Okinawa opposite to Nakaima, and ask to Nakaima to resign. America praised Abe, but a lot of Japanese people opposite to Abe, Nakaima and America.
Problem②～Dolphin fishery～
Wakayama is a prefecture that have tradition to catch dolphin. After catch, they always eat it. This traditional was continued from 1000 years ago. But American government said this traditional is inhuman, and ask to Wakayama to stop dolphin fishery. Also Japanese ambassador, Ms. Kennedy said "I think Dolphin fishery is bad traditional, and it doesn't humane. American government have same opinion as me, and we demand to Wakayama to stop this fishery now." For this speech, Wakayama prefectural governor, Nisaka have antagonize. He said "We are living with dolphin and whale from 1000 years ago. And this tradition was done from 1000 years ago. Every year we respect this tradition, and we never stop this fishery." And also he said to America, "We always eat chicken, pig, cow, and fish. So, we need to kill them. But America said don't kill dolphin, and don't eat it. I think this is discrimination to chiken, pig, cow, fish, and to our tradition." I think Wakayama never stop this tradition.

You know many problems are stay between both countries. I wrote just 2 problems, but there are many problems. I hope they will be more friendly, but it will need a long, long time.
