American president, Barack Obama came to Japan as a state guest. He visited noted place in Tokyo and enjoyed conversation with Japanese prime minister, Shinzou Abe. At private, the two of leader of each country, are very good friend, and have awesome relationship. At a press conference by them during Obama in Japan, they call each other in last name. Not Mr. Obama or Mr. Abe, Obama called Abe as Shinzou, and Abe called Obama as Barack.



But even there are good relationship between them as private, still we can't see a bit nice relationship sign between two country. They have several problem, which is bothered them. The most big problem is TPP negotiation.



So what is the TPP? TPP is abbreviated of "Trans-Pacific Strategic Economy Partnership Agreement". As you can know from this, TPP expect, several countries' (which is close to Trans-Pacific) economy will be more liberalization. TPP was established in 2005, and first, there were just 4 countries belonged there, but now, there are 9 countries belonging, and they are increasing their power now. America which is one of the country became a member of TPP tried to negotiate to Japan to join TPP since several years ago. But Japan was declining.






The reason that Japan decline to join TPP is Japanese will not able to feed it self. I said TPP is tring to be liberalization of economy. But many things support economy, and trade is the most profitable thing. America is tring to negotiate with Japan to join TPP, because they want to sell a lot of product sach a food, car, a precision instrument. If Japan join TPP, then they need to pay duty, so America can make a profit. It seems Japan loss a profit, but it is not. Because American product is so cheep, and in supermarket, compare price between American rice and Japanese rice, then American rice is cheeper than Japanese one, so both of country will make a profit.



But many farmer will get angry to hear Japan want to join TPP. If you want to buy a rice, which will you buy? Cheep rice or expensive rice. Both of rice is safe to the health. I will absolutely buy cheep one. As I said before, American rice will be cheeper then Japanese one, so even Japanese farmer make rice hard, but people will buy American (cheep) rice, so they can't make a profit.



I just took example of rice, but there are many genre of farm bussiness, so all of them will loss a profit, if Japan join TPP.




Successive prime minister of Japan cared about them (farmer), so they continued to decline to join it, but prime minister Abe have positive think to TPP negotiate.



So in last week, there were conversation between Abe and Obama, but negotiate stoped in final stage.
Abe said he is going to continue to have conversation or negotiate with Obama, and never give up for this big problem.



This time, when Obama visited to Japan, Abe gave him many awesome service. At first day, Abe invited Obama to highest rank Sushi store and enjoied Japanese own traditional fish. Obama very like it, and their private relationship was deepened. Next day Obama visited to Japan Imperial Palace, and had held a big dinner party with Japanese emperor. Also he visited Japanese famous chemical museum. He refered that Japanese chemical skill is awesome.



This time, unfortunately, negotiate wasn't succeed, even though, both countries' has big trust and good impression to each country.










It was an awesome 3 days!!

Line, Facebook, and Kakao talk?!

OMG!! Hi, everyone! Recently, I'm so confusing at difference between three communication application, Line, Facebook and Kakao talk. These three applications are well known in Asia. The common point of these are all of these can communicate use chat. At Facebook and Line, people can easily to post what occurrence or incident a happened today, and their feeling, emotion. We also can post video or pictures and in Line we can post stamp to express emotion. All the three application is free, so now they have got a lot of reputation.



Although, these application got criticize as same amount as reputation. The most opinion of criticize is "What on earth is the purpose of have so many communication tools?", "I don't get the definition of those application. It's just wasting capacity of phone.", "Many young people depends a lot to these tools."etc..

In advanced nation, machine or product skill spread around, so it means a lot of technology spread out in that nation. We have computer, phone, TV, and whatever that we want. There is no time to be bored. There are free useful or funny application, so the word "be bored" become unusual word.



The application that we most have interest at is community tools. So that made a lot of those tools, and there are violence race to invent or product these tools in this business circles. It is good to have race, and make our life more comfortable, but to say the truth, the race is going too far, Because of this race, many people download a lot of application, and be absorbed to these tools. Specialist said, now, young people depends to these tools, and they are using chat to communicate even communication partner beside themselves. They love these chat so much, so specialist is worried about young people's communication skill decrease.

So the thing that I want to say is to use those tools is good, and actually it is useful. But on the contrary, to use them a lot is bad for your communication skill, (Couse, if you depend on application to communicate, then, you will be dumb.) and also to use phone a lot, it is bad for your health and knowledge.

Try to diminution to this happen, I am going to write which is best and useful application. (It is just a my opinion, and maybe, it depends on people.)

Line: Line is very useful. Basically, it is for communication to use chat, and all of the generation are possible to use this application easily. Also it has individual timeline, and people can post what happened or feeling to use letter, picture, video or stamp. Just friends can see the timeline, so people can be relieved. And the best point is Line has security to protect teenagers. For example teenager can't reference other people's ID, and never have been referenced one self's ID.



Facebook: Facebook is approximately same as Line, but it doesn't have safety security, and people can automatically add friends.



Kakao talk: Kakao talk is kind of imitation of Line, and function of this application is same as Line. It has safe security, which is exact same as Line!!

 

So I think the most useful and safety application is Line.

That was all my opinion about those application!!

World condition is continue to moving around. War, pitiful incident, poverty, authority, relationship between nerighbour countries, etc. Even there are bad incident such as war, but people always want to increase their life better.

Most American people agree to upper part that I wrote. Obviously, they want to make their life better, but also, they want to make other country's life better too. America is an immigrant country, so foreign country's condition make big problem of their life situation. America has good relationship with Japan now. So Japanese economy or condition with other countries relate to America, Japanese economy is good though, relationship with other countries is terrible.




Japan has big trouble with territory problem after World War 2. With China as Senkaku, with Korea as Takeshima, with Russia as 4 lands. And also big problem is North Korea. Japan had attacked missile by North Korea, and Japan is in really dangerous condition.



America which had treaty "The Treaty Of Mutual Cooperation and Security Between Japan and United States of America" with Japan in in 1951, have to protect Japan because of this treaty. So, America government decide to send two more ahter ships after important resolution. Mr. Hagel who is USA the Secretary of Defense and also join that resolution said that war ship will defence missile from North Korea. Besides, it will protect attack from other countries.




Currently, there are no big conflict between China and Japan island problem known as Senkaku island or Diaoyu island. But before 2013, Chinese marine patrol boat attacked Japanese Self Defence Force ship, and made bad relationship. Chinese people broke a lot of Japanese grocery, supermarket, and Japan was continue to criticizing Chinese. Recently, conflict between these two countries seems be moderate, but still there are criticize between each countries. According to Japanese person doing research of Chinese condition said, "Absolutely, China will atack Japan someday. So the problem that Japan need to solve is how to use that war ships to protect Japan-self, and how to use it more helpful.



Japan take strong supporter, America. It seems they are in good relationship and they are freinds for ever, but its not. America is utilization Japan. Because you know, not just Japan, but also Chinese economy or conditon relate to America. So, now America is supporting Japan, but someday if China or North Korea's economy grows up, then absolutely, America will support them, because as I said America is immigrant country. So war ships is very good for Japan, but the very big problem is in what way that Japan use that useful.
